Thank you for taking a moment to check us out and join our server! Hellvival is a Minecraft survival server where you START IN THE NETHER! This completely changes the way you play Minecraft and has been attempted by many famous YouTubers and influencers in the space. While we do have light rules(stuff like griefing and raiding is allowed), we do take pride in being a community of those who enjoy the classic Minecraft experience

Our goal is to create a community of people who show off their skills inside of Minecraft(through breathtaking nether builds and a highly-competitive PVP culture) and outside of Minecraft(through Hellvival STEM support and project channels within our Discord
Community-driven & transparent
- Changes to Hellvival are made through community suggestions through our Discord channels and our website where the community can suggest ideas which go through a communal voting process(no boards, investors, or B.S). Changes are then published on our public change log with the mechanics changes and why.
Interactive
- Besides bringing the Minecraft survival experience to a completely different level(literally), we offer various forms of community engagement such as our bi-weekly HIGHLY-COMPETITIVE PVP competitions in the Hellvival Proving Grounds to being an investigative journalist or CCC(Community Content Creator) with HVTV(Hellvival TV), there is something for everyone(whether you are a survival jock or not!)

- **Hellvival Proving Grounds officially under construction! Permits Aquired, Piglins Caged!**Server owner JoshDaCosmos has officially started the build of the Hellvival Proving grounds where bi-weekly fighting tournaments will be held for members to fight each other and be featured on Twitch!
- Discord server forums for community gallery submissions! Come showcase the awesome things you built in Hellvival, Minecraft's Nether Survival Experience™! We post featured builds on our website and our Instagram.
- Community Content Creator(CCC) Applications are opening soon! Become a CCC and receive an exclusive vanity tag in-game and additional benefits to aid with content creation. CCC's are authorized to publish to HVTV(Hellvival TV) and publish the latest happenings on Hellvival, whether that be the latest base discoveries to whistleblower announcements.

These are the rules of Hellvival as of Jan 31 2023, the latest rules are always available in ourDiscord.
- I. Do not advertise any Minecraft Server(community leeching)
II. Do not spam or abuse the chat system
- I. Spamming built-in game chat
- II. Usage of any type of player-doxxing(revealing information that can be used to identify someone outside of Minecraft.
- III. Do not engage in language used to discriminate one based on one's gender, race, religion, sexual orientation, or other traits
- III. Usage of exploits that can disrupt the gameplay of anyone on the server
IV. PVP/Trapping/Aggressing with new server members
- I. New Members will have a visible tag over their player
- II. New Member protection is active for 15 minutes upon first-join
These are things which ARE ALLOWED on Hellvival
- I. Griefing of any kind(except designated-server-spawn-areas)
- II. Squatting(or usage/takeover of another player created structure)
- III. PVP(Except against new members as cited in "not-allowed")
- IV. Group Formation(societies and/or gangs)
- V. Whistleblowing(to a CCC, HVTV, or anyone else)
