By (i) playing the Minecraft in-game server, (ii) visiting the Hellvival Website, (iii) joining the Hellvival Discord, Email List, or any other communication medium (iv) any interaction with Hellvival not outlined above, you automatically consent to these terms outlined in this document.

We reserve the right to modify or update these terms at any time, with, or without prior communication.

WE ASSUME NO RESPONSIBILITY FOR ANY INTERACTIONS ON THE GAME-SERVER, WEBSITE, SOCIAL COMMUNITIES, OR OTHER INTERACTIONS WITH HELLVIVAL AND THEREFORE NOT ASSUMED LIABLE. But we will attempt provide a justified effort to provide users with a safe and satisfying experience.
